Store Policy: You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your package. GLAM SQUAD ONLY Boutique only allows store credit online ONLY if the items are returned in their individual packaging with all hangtags attached , and no signs of wear and tear damage. Forms of original method of payment will be eligible for full refund with the exception that there was an issue with your order wrong sizing , wrong color, item defect and or if items are returned within 5 days from the day you receive your package. Must send notification within 48 hours after receiving your order with proper documentation of defect you are also responsible for all return shipping fees. All Crush on you tee’s , Icy Girl Bling Bandannas, and ALL Limited Editions (custom orders) are Final Sale. Please note that all online returns must be processed online with proper notification via email to our customer service team at hello@glamsquadonly.com

- All Limited Editions are custom made and made to order please allow 1-14 business days for processing and shipping *Please note that some Limited Editions may ship sooner then expected ship date.

- GLAM SQUAD ONLY isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced shipments. We also do not take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact USPS to discuss the issue and file a claim with them. GLAM SQUAD ONLY does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
